SHIPPING, REPAIRS, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All orders over $250.00 are insured using a third party vendor, delivered to you desired shipping address via Fedex. Signature is required at time of delivery. If you wish to wave the signature, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
Free shipping on all orders over $250.00 Orders under $250.00 will be mailed using USPS priority mail.
Delivery signature must be signed by a person 18 years of age, or older. $250.00 price reflects USD.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer free returns on regular-priced orders over $100 within seven days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please call us at 212.682.5188 or e-mail us at email@example.com for a prepaid return label that will be sent to the original e-mail address associated with the order. The refund will not include original shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 110 West 40th St., Suite 2001, New York, NY, 10018 United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you would like to order one of our styles in a different metal than it is offered on our site, change a stone color, add engraving, order a ring in a half size or change the length of a necklace please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will generate a quote within one to two business days and e-mail you the quote using the e-mail address you provided. Any special orders will be considered a FINAL SALE.
For items that are in need of repair:
- If you have had your item for 30 days or less, repairs are free
- Ship your item back to us insured using a major shipping service provider i.e. FedEx. For an estimated length of repair time. Please allow two business days for a full evaluation of the item.
- If you have had your item for longer than 30 days and it is in good condition, please identify the damaged area.
- Ship your item back to us insured
We will send you a quote on the repair for your approval before doing the work, not all repairs will be subject to additional fees. Tanya Farah reserves the right to determine repair cost after assessing the damage.
Items that have been altered, bent, deeply scratched or scraped, subjected to extreme wear or arrive very dirty are not considered good condition.
